Review content:
Whenever I have our car serviced, I always use the waiting area and I am pleased to say that I have especially noticed that all the employees seem to really work together well and there seems to be a lot of teamwork going on and all seem happy to be there - just from my observation. Also, even though sometimes I have to wait a little while, I am always greeted by multiple employees and either checked on by them or met with a smile, etc. Keep Jim Wood and your dealership seems to really try to focus on quality customer service and I really appreciate that. It's very rare to provide that level of service and not just claim to do so. Kudos!
