Review content:
This business does not stand behind their products. My daughter frames broke in the part around the eye and all uptown vision offered was a 25% discount on a new frame ($600 later). Some members of the staff are arrogant and condescending and not pleasant to work with. I did not see Dr Henderson but instead saw a female optometrist who acted like I was disturbing her when I asked to speak to her about a question after my daughter's exam. Uptown Vision does have a good selection of frames but this seems irrelevant if they won't stand behind them. Frames should not break in less than 60 days. They're meant to be worn every day
