This place is a joke. Ya, they have a great web-site and facebook page, but walk into the San Antonio location and you will get something else. I met some lady who didn't give me her name or business card and we did our consultation. This lady was dressed very unprofessional and gave me such a bad vibe. She didn't explain the process, show me the laser, or give me any literature to take home. She just looked at my tattoos and tried to sell me a package right off the bat without even giving me any information. She said that they don't pressure people but that is all she was doing. I found somewhere else who has the same laser and is charging a 3rd of the price. I would hate to have to deal with this witch on a regular basis. Don't waste your time dealing with this place. Two thumbs down!!!
