Review content:
This was my second Aveda experience. My first was to get an updo which was absolutely fabulous. This time I came in to get my hair lightened. I have never touched my hair with chemicals before so I was already nervous, and then the first thing my girl said to me was, "I've never done this before and I was going to give this appointment away because I didn't feel like working after lunch, but I figured I needed the experience." Um, not too reassuring. She proceeded to silently ignore all the instructions her teacher gave her about how to put the product in my hair. Luckily the color came out great and I am really happy with my new hair. All I can say is, thank God for the two fantastic teachers who watched this student like a hawk. I will definitely be coming back to Aveda (it's soo inexpensive), but not to this girl.
