For starters, I would give this business ZERO stars if I could. All of the property managers lack customer service. I was in there office to ask some simple questions, and overheard people who are supposed to be managers talking poorly about their renters and owners. I was shocked and could not believe they would be talking like that in front of a customer. ALso, whenever I wanted to speak with a manager, they were never available. I should have walked away instead of signing the lease because I was a few minutes late and had called to let them know and instead of being understanding when I got there only 5 min late, I had to sit around waiting another 10-15 min for the property manager to finish eating/drinking something. Then I was told, "since you were late, we will have to sign the lease quick because I have to go to the gym". Unbelievable! Stay away from this place, they could care less about their renters.
