After experiencing poor service on a previous occasion we made the mistake of going there again The previous visit the food was exceptionally good and it was a beautiful evening to sit on the patio But low and behold bad service again. My family was there at about 8pm, and the place was not crowded. After being seated by the hostess we waited 15 minutes for someone to approach our table. When we asked if there were any nightly specials the waitress said I will get that for you, this took another 10 minutes. We were glad to at last place our order. The food was brought out promptly. The food was once again exceptionally good. The couple next to us turned and told us they were very frustrated because they had waited over 20 minutes after asking for their check. The couple at last walked in and requested the check again. Knowing we were done with our meal we sat for 43 minutes with dirty dishes. Unacceptable for a table of three and a bill over $100. On both occasions I was not able to find a manager or for that matter a hostess to ask for a manager so we could resolve this issue before leaving negative comments on this website.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Very poor SERVICE! 2 different occassions!
