Review content:
I went to the AMF Arlington Lanes to go bowling and play laser tag with a large group of friends. After bowling for a while, we signed up for a laser tag game. We were told that the next few games were sold out but we could get in a one specific time. After waiting nearly a half hour, when we tried to enter our game, we were told it was already full. So the game was oversold. Okay. We spoke to the manager about getting into the next game and instead of giving us tickets for the next game, she threw our cash back at us and told us it wasn't her fault. It's someone's fault that the game was oversold! And it's not mine!
The AMF Arlington Lanes is a very nice facility, but the unprofessionalism of the staff will prevent me from returning.
