my first visit was awesome...my second was not so much. I felt like the salon was a bit more cluttered than I remembered. The owner did my hair upstairs in an attic like room that was a make-shift salon space. There were utility lights and old mirrors propped up like grandma's attick. When I got my color done, the room was cold and there were all kinds of space heaters set up around the room. I was there for what felt like an entire day. the service was slower then I remembered. I was passed around from assistant to assistant and was really confused who to tip what. my hair looked great, but for those prices, i expected to be comfortable and have a spa like experience. maybe thrid time will be a charm? haven't decided if I will give it another try or not?
