Ms. Monica, who did my massage might be a little woman but she has great hands. Monica has a great conversation and the softest touch, I will surely request her again. Jane who assisted me with the whirlpool bath was so pleasant and friendly made my bath experience very relaxing. The only surprise I encountered was at the front desk I thought since I was a life time member that I paid member price of $80 dollars but I had to pay the $125 because I am not a platinum member thank goodness I had some extra cash other than that it was great as usual!!!!
