If it was me, I would NEVER do business with Panacea Day Spa and Salon in Mountain Home, Arkansas...they treat their customers very poorly. I have a gift certificate that my hubby got me for my birthday....I have tried on several occasions to make an appointment but their girl only works Tuesday-Friday....ya know I WORK!!!... This girl does work 1 Monday each month......hmmmm but never on the week I call....hmmm. I tried to get my money back for the gift cerificate that my hubby bought but the answer was NO..... I can buy expensive lotion or haircare products THAT IS FAR TOOOO OVERLY PRICED AND THAT I WOULD NEVER USE..... Erik gave them the money with good intent but they did not tell him that she only works 1 Monday a month....which I am off occasionally....I generally don't know til that morning. BUT NEITHER HERE OR THERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RETURN THE MONEY SEEING HOW WE/I COULD NOT USE THE CERTICATE.
