Review content:
I am a fifteen year patient of Bent Tree Family Physicians. I will no longer go back. Until the last two years I would say I have received excellent care and truly like the physician(s) who treated me, personally and professionally. However, the culture has changed, from a billing perspective, and I can no longer remain a patient. I received the last phone call I ever want to receive from billing demanding and extra charge without a reasonable explanation. I've never written a review for any business of any kind, but the young lady on the phone could not have been less concerned and inadvertently insulted the memory of my late father. Bent Tree has every right to run their practice as they see fit, for fifteen years they appeared to be above all the petty semantics you find in so many medical offices. In my opinion the practice has gravitated toward everyone else and I can find that anywhere.
