So disappointed in my latest experience @ Davanti! After arriving for my appointment last week and waiting in the lobby for a few minutes, the receptionist let me know my stylist would be five to ten minutes late. No problem. However, it IS a problem when I'm still sitting there THIRTY MINUTES LATER!! My time is valuable also, and letting a client wait for half an hour with no further word whatsoever is just plain rude. I had to leave to get back to work, and have yet to receive a follow up call from anyone at all from the salon. Really disappointing.
