Natalie gave a wonderful and comforting facial. It was a lovely experience. My two issues, however, are that 1) I lost an earring sometime between the beginning of the treatment and my dressing to leave (as I noticed the missing item about 10 minutes down the road at which time I called), and 2) I experienced some break outs the two days after. I am sure the breakouts, given my sensitive skin, are normal, but not receiving a call back regardless of the earring being found, after two calls to enquire, was a bit of a let down.
