Review content:
The "focus" facial was excellent, although the fragrances of most of the products were not pleasant. Requested the 30 minute specific massage to focus on upper back and shoulders, but the therapist focused more on the lower back. Very disappointed that the $10 left on my gift card could not be used toward gratuity. Don't know if I'll ever be able to go again, so I'm out of $10.00.
