Just wanted to share my personal experience. So, I purchased a living social voucher for this place. Since the vouchers were being sold in bulk I deceided to wait instead of booking an appointment immediately. I emailed Jennifer before my voucher expired and she said she all booked for 2011 but would extend my voucher. But her next available was 4 months away. I agreeed. Her website claims "My goal is to provide a customized photo shoot that is a fun experience".. After I explained my vision (pictures I will keep the rest of my life) she claimed it would a better idea to do it at the studio I agreed even if it want the "look" I had in mind. Due the DFW traffic I was running late after that all I got was rude rude rude.. I tired to reschedule or would not mind in my session was cut short all I got was attitude after I had already paid for the services. I requested a refund he said take it with living social. No one ever deserves that treatment. I get it maybe she felt like she was doing the service for free since I paid one year in advance and she took more clients than she can handle but how is that my fault?
