My friend and I came in to get our hair done before our military ball. We told the receptionist that we didnt want an "up do" more of just a style. We asked price rage before we even made our appointments and were told it ranged between $30-60 depending on difficulty/time. My friend got her hair just curled, no up do nothing. She was charged $60. I got my hair curled and put in a bun. I was charged $60. We didnt get a hair wash or anything. We by no means got a prom updo. Our stylist Aubriena was great and did a good job but it was by no means an "up do" warranting us to be charged the max. I get my hair done at this salon every 6 weeks and I could have gotten a hair cut and style for less than my curl job. Im very disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of. Had we know that the prove was the max to begin with we would of not schedules the appointments. If the price is $60 to begin with then the receptionist need to know this. So they can accurately tell clients that call and ask. I would love to know if we were charged correctly or informed incorrectly by the receptionist.
