Review content:
We used Ierena's Lutz location several times for service issues. I chose to go with a different company when I replaced the unit and unknown to me they installed the unit without pulling a permit. When ierena found out that we had used another company they vindictably reported me to building and zoning. WOW! Who does that? Pretty pathetic must be hard up for business when you feel you have to snitch on customers that chose not to use them anymore.. You deserve 0 stars
