I am not sure what is with all the hating, but I have had NO problems with Terria (owner & stylist) and others at the salon. I have been going there just over a year now, and they welcomed me from day one like I had been going there for years. Terria is the ONLY stylist I have found in MANY years that can cut & style my hair properly as it is very baby fine. She has been very caring and treats me and other customers I have seen with respect and like family. I have even gone to Kat for massages and she was great and very personable and friendly. Obviously some people except perfection, and I hate to say that NO ONE is perfect, but they do have good customer service and are friendly. It is a small-town shop atmosphere, which makes it even better and more personable.
