I had the worst experience with Janet Jones Real Estate Company.
She came out to my house, gave me a market analysis and said it was worth $190,000 in Pleasant Valley. I argued with her about her low price on the house and asked her if she was trying to get me to sell it low so she could sell the house fast at a low price.
She told me because of the condition of the home, I would not get much more than that for it and on top of that she was going to charge me 7% to list my home.
I sent her away. And a week later, after I put my "For Sale By Owner" sign in my yard, I sold my home for $215,000 with no Realtor and no commission fees.
Watch out for this real estate company, they lie to you about the value of your home, so they can make a fast sell.
