I have been to many Aveda salons throughout the world and this is by far the worst one. I will NOT be going back, ever! They're pricing book and colorist prices do not match up. I had a consultation and they told me one price..,I also asked multiple time what the charge would be. Once the color was on my hair, they told me it would be 50+ dollars more. I asked why and they stated it was because they used more color. A professional colorist would know how to give a proper and correct consultation. This left me in shock and disbelief, after already applying the color. I have them one more chance and the same thing happened, except the receptionist told me at the counter as I was paying for service. This is unexceptable & unprofessional!!!! I would NEVER recommend this location. They are a disgrace to the Aveda name.
