I think this is a great company. They didn't try to up charge me for anything and they were very professional and reasonably priced. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was a really nice guy and made conversation and didn't make it uncomfortable. Additionally, i called them SAME DAY and they came out and helped me. The receptionist was SOOOO nice. I am really really impressed and lastly, my carpets look AMAZING!
