1) Carpet cleaning: We had about 10+ years worth of heavy traffic stain in our cream colored carpets, and it amazing how it looks after Luis cleaned them ! Even the problem spots that we've long given up on looked almost brand new. There was definitely no chemical smell afterwards, no strong odors even while he was cleaning. The carpets also dried within hours! 2) Service: Luis finished 8 areas in our home AND an old L-shped couch in a reasonable amount of time. He definitely has a strong work ethic, and is professional in every way. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward, he came in the house, gave us an estimate, and went to work- 3 hours later, we had clean carpets and a clean sofa ( which we decided to have him clean last minute) When I emailed him about some areas that I wanted him to touch up some more, he promptly responded within the same day, and made an appointment right away to address my concerns. excellent customer service. Definitely was refreshing to feel like you're dealing with people and not a big company when you have concerns. 3) Price- he was reasonable in his pricing, and does honest work. Can I give more than 5 stars? You solved ALL of our problems and Luis couldn't have been a better example for your company. He's loyal, knowledgeable and caring. We will never use anyone else. Period. And I thought the cost was more than fair. Luis worked so hard but still gave us a discount. Don't let him go anywhere!! more

I think this is a great company. They didn't try to up charge me for anything and they were very professional and reasonably priced. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was a really nice guy and made conversation and didn't make it uncomfortable. Additionally, i called them SAME DAY and they came out and helped me. The receptionist was SOOOO nice. I am really really impressed and lastly, my carpets look AMAZING! more

The carpets looked so good when he was finished! Clean and fluffy and no stains or spots! He gave me shoe covers so that we could inspect it together and make sure that I was satisfied. He even called his boss to check whether or not they took Discover card (which they don't, insert Family Guy reference here...). All in all it was an excellent experience which I highly recommend. more

My carpets look clean. They are very professional, fast and diligent. I had requested them to reach behind most furniture and clean. They said they'll try their best and did it. They don't over commit, say they'll try their best but truly they do it. 5 stars!!! just don't look for anyone else more

They sent out two guys who did a good job steam-cleaning the bedroom carpet. They were able to make the appointment for the day after I called them, and they only charged the price that I had been quoted over the phone -- no hidden extras. Their fee was 25 - 35% lower than the other places I called. more

I was an imbecile to change this guys for a big brand name just because they do not have available appointments that day so after that company finished cleaning my carpets I have to call xtra clean of thousand oaks and re do it because it was terrible. more

The minute I called this company, the minute I knew I would be in good hands. The customer service representative was able to answer all of my questions and never she tried to sell me anything. She was helpful and not pushy like other customer representatives. She listen to what I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions.
