Good: If the tickets would have been vaild, I would have liked how quick we recieved them in the mail. Unfortunately, they were not valid, and Advantage Tickets would do nothing to give our money back (See "other comments" below). Also, Frank, the person I spoke with, was very nice and easy to talk to (despite my loss of temper with him).. Bad: The tickets were undersold, they would not replace our money, or do anything to right their wrong.. Improvements: Customer Service, Backing up what they sell, not scamming people....There are too many to list. Please see "other comments.". Other: My husband and I purchased tickets for the Dallas Mavericks vs. Utah Jazz NBA game on January 27, 2012 at the American Airlines Center. We received the tickets weeks before the game, and were excited since this game would be my husband’s birthday present. Upon arrival at the AA Center, we scanned our tickets at the door and went in to find our seats, which were in section 113, Row C. When we found them, some people were already sitting in them, so we called over the AA center attendant, named Sally, and.
