Review content:
I've been a regular patient at this dental office for years now. I have never had such a bad or traumatic experience as I did today with the dental hygienist. I've usually always found everyone at the office friendly but from the start, this hygienist was different. You could tell that she was attempting to be friendly but really not in a good mood. Furthermore, she was absolutely vicious with her attempt to rid me of my plaque. I don't recall having bled that much at a regular dental cleaning in my life! To top things off, since she never gave me the usual goggles to wear to protect me from the water, water splashed across my face and she wiped my face with the gauze that had blood on it from earlier. I'm sorry but I will NEVER tolerate that ever again. I can't believe a dental hygienist would use a dirty piece of gauze to wipe a patient's face. I was so upset I even asked for her name so that I could report it in this evaluation. I believe her name starts with a J and she works on Fridays. I will not be returning to this office if she is my going to clean my teeth again.
