We moved to the country and didnt have any options besides Clear or dial up. Bought the modem, had trouble getting it set up, and got the run around. Finally got it set up and for about 30 days had no problems. Signed up for the "unlimited" plan, only to find out they are throttling our service and kicking us off. Customer service is a joke, they are out of country and stick to the script and apologize. when I asked for a credit for the time that I am being disconnected, was told that since I was a high volume user, no credit would be given. I asked how I can get flagged as a high volume user when I signed up for an unlimited data plan...Their response was to unplug my modem for 24 hours so it could rest and the server could re-prioritize our modem. Will be filing compliants with as many Agencies as I can think of...from another computer...starting with the Attorney Generals office.
