the stylist I had barely listened to what I said. She was clearly uncomfortable with cutting bangs but should have just said so and not done a poor job. I ended up going to another salon to try to fix the bangs and the stylists were mystified as to why she cut it so poorly. I specifically said to cut a certain amount of inches off and she did not until I pointed it out. She did not blowdry my hair appropriately and her hands reeked of cigarette smoke. I went to your salon based on the great yelp reviews but my particular stylist was not good.
