Vic's Precision Automotive is a cut above when you walk in the door and are immediately greeted with a handshake and a 'welcome'. Their office and facilities are clean and pleasant. The work on my car was done without a problem but what impresses me most is their sense of community and professional follow-up. They hold free seminars for women to teach them basic car care, they are certified 'female friendly' and they follow-up with you by phone or e-mail to give you an estimate on things that need to be taken care of in the future. They don't blow minor details out of proportion to get you to pay for things then and there. I would highly recommend Vic's to anyone wanting friendly, helpful and honest service.
