I am head of a HR department for a large downtown law firm. One of my duties in this position is to arrange for suitable partnership congratulatory and retirement gifts for our employees. I have worked with Melrose Jewelers for a good number of years and found the service above and beyond the norm, and the watches I have purchased have all been huge hits. The junior partners in the firm all know when they are made full partner, they will receive a Rolex and receiving the watch has become a right of passage in our firm. I try and choose a Rolex that matches each personality I buy for, while staying within budget of course, and Melrose makes that easy. The watches are pre-owned, but you would never know it and not a single new partner has been offended by the notion of owning a used watch. There is no need to be. The watches have all looked brand new. I get the biggest kick seeing a new partner find every excuse to remove his suit jacket and roll up his sleeves to make sure everyone can see his new watch. I enjoy ordering from Melrose and their MJ Dollars program which gives 3% cash back to be used towards a future purchase is just another reason I will continue to purchase from Melrose Jewelers.
