Review content:
The experience was satisfactory. The color application was a bit sloppy. When my student was corrected, he only followed those instructions while his Team Leader was present. My hair was very knotted during the application process, he also tugged my scalp quite a lot. I didn't mind because I have a "tough scalp" but I could see where another person, one with a sensitive scalp, would not have enjoyed it. The overall coloring process took took too long, I arrived at 10:15 and did not leave until 1:15. Because I had another appointment at 1:30 I chose not to have my hair blown completely dry/styled and opted to forego a hand massages. If I had stayed for the full treatment, I would have been at the Aveda Institute around 3.5 hours.
