Frequest customer and have enjoyed every visit for the exception of the last visit. Hairdresser was too occupied in what was happening elsewhere, sounded very unsure, did not greet me with her name. Although I realize these are students, the service was very slow. Student advised she had been in school for 6 months, so I was expecting a little more. When shampooing my hair, it was not thorough and then my toner was left on my hair. I asked another stylist if they left toner on the hair, she said it is supposed to be shampooed out. My stylist took me back to the shampoo bowl and did not shampoo all the color out. I was there over 4 hours, only had color done, did not get a haircut nor style. I left with my hair wet, toner still in my hair, scalp itching. Unpleasant experience. I will go back though, it is a great concept and I applaud all the students for their hard work. Maybe this student could use a little more hands-on training.
