I signed up for a full session massage with bonus 15 minute scalp massage....sounds relaxing, right? But they took me back almost 20 minutes late, which then made me worry about being late to a party that night. Some of the other customers don't know about "spa voices" because they were chatting a little loudly in the co-ed room, and when I was getting a massage (in the back, the last room on the left) I kept hearing people talking - whether it was staff or customers, I don't know, but it made for a less than relaxing experience. The massage was fine, but I didn't enjoy the scalp massage. My hair dresser gives me a better one when she washes my hair & there was just a lot of oil on my head & was not a good experience at all.
