Review content:
I've taken my children to two birthday parties that were held at this facility. They have a lot of amenities that were appealing, but it fell short of great for many reasons.
Party packages are expensive and for what was delivered, both sets of parents were somewhat disappointed. The business was overcrowded and understaffed. The parties did not run smoothly. The staff that was supervising the party looked like high school students. They were scurrying around trying to coordinate and their efforts fell short. The pizzas did not all come out at the same time. Some children were fed and others had to wait. Likewise by the time the remainder of the pizzas came out, half of the children who were already adrenalin pumped had to try to be patient and wait for the rest of the group to finish to proceed with the party.
They have some video and skill games which reward with tickets which can be used on prizes. Most children did not receive enough tickets to get a decent prize. Mine left with a paddle ball and a plastic figurine.
They do have a decent batting cage. Their lazer tag, however, was partially inflated and kept collapsing on the children. They ended up limiting the people inside to a total of three, which left much to be desired when playing lazer tag as there wasn't much challenge. Getting the entire group through this game at 3 at a time took some time.
On a plus side, there putt putt golf course is well thought out and landscaped. In my opinion, it was the best part of the whole experience. Both parents and children enjoyed playing the course, although some lost their balls with their enthusiasm.
If you are looking for a fantastic experience, perhaps you should look to a different facility like Celebration Station. If you are looking for something local that is convenient for your children's friends, then this is the place to go. A warning however, you will be paying about the same price as some upscale party places on the other side of town.
