Review content:
I lived at Galleria Palms for 1 year in 2001-2002. I’ll break it down to pros and cons. Pros: Located close (within walking distance) to Arizona Mills Free copier in office Nice pools A pretty good workout room (2 stairmasters, 1 treadmill, some free weights) Willingness to help change our contract: we initially signed up for a larger 2 bedroom, but one of our roommates backed out at the last minute, and they helped us find a smaller 2 bedroom that was more affordable, without charging us and arm and a leg Cons: Next to freeways, so you always here the roar of traffic Cockroach infestation! Yuck! We complained, they bombed, we cleaned, they bombed, we complained some more, and they were jerks. Not cool. Cheap materials were used in the construction (cheap carpet, cheap tiling in bathroom and kitchen, cheap bathtub that always looked stained, cheap window blinds) WAY too expensive—you could easily find something nicer, in a better location for much less money. The free internet access in the office was down about 90 percent of the time. In the few months before we moved out, we noticed that the quality of the staff had deteriorated, and as a result customer service went downhill. Over all, I did not have a pleasant experience living at Galleria Palms, and I wouldn't’t recommend it to others.
