Mr. Juravich educated me, and helped me locate the property that fit my needs. Because the property had more that 4 units I needed a different type of financing. He referred me 3 different lenders and found me an inspector to look over my investment. He is also helping one of my friends. For 4 months he sent me an automated email that had properties that fit my criteria. We looked at many properties until I found the one that I liked. Call Lynn if you are looking for an investment.
