Review content:
Wished I would have spent more time asking friends for a referral verses trusting these online reviews. We had two service calls with charges upon charges for fixing the same thing. After the third time we gave up. The management is unresponsive and belittling. I would ask for my money back but that would be a battle I have no time or energy to fight for. Don't believe the hype--stick to friend and family referrals FIRST. Don't believe online reviews as there is no way for telling if it is a friend or co-workers fake review as I'm certain the ones about Magic Touch mostly are.
