Having been a pretty religious customer of Jewelsmith in Durham, I didn't stray much to other jewelry stores. However, one day I needed a more traditional piece of jewelry with more of an antique quality than Jewelsmith offered. I basically stumbled into Fink's and was very impressed. The quality of thier jewelry is excellent and their foundation is customer service, which shows with thier sales representative. They are also a family run organization, which I was surprised by because they were at the big super mall.
