Review content:
My first visit here was unfortunately during an extremely busy Friday night. The pub was packed, and that's no mean feat since the dining area is a fairly large room. This was probably partly due to the group I was there with - a church community outing of about 20 people. However, the food was excellent (but a bit pricey), and the drinks were also good, even to my unsophisticated palate (I normally don't like beer). Because of how packed the place was, the staff were over-worked, and service was scant. The atmosphere was open and warm. I would come back here again during the week, or stop by if I was in the area and it didn't look too busy.
