I ordered boots offline from Scruggs Farm and I was appalled by the lack of customer service I received. I placed my order online and immediately got an automated email confirming my payment was accepted. Ten days went by and I had yet to receive an email notifying me that my package was shipped, or my actual package. I sent them an email inquiring about the status of my package which went unanswered. A few days later I send another email which I also never got an answer to. Almost three weeks later, I still had not received my package nor an answer to my many questions, so I called the online sales number and left my name and number in a message. Not surprised, I never got a call back. The next day I called incessantly and FINALLY someone answered the phone. I inquired about my package and the woman on the phone informed me that the item I had ordered was out of stock. I was never told when placing my order or even weeks after that that the item was no longer in stock. Disgusted, I asked her to refund my money. Stay away from this store!
