But it still looks great! I've lived here for over six years and I've been very happy here.
The management team is wonderful. They've been very cooperative with me. When I've had a complaint or something fixed, it didn't take me long to have my apartment back to new.
They have two pools, a basketball court, and a tennis court. They have a regular landscaping company that keeps the grounds looking nice, neat, and florally attractive. They also have a party facility that can be rented for parties.
With it's convenient location in central Pearland, and close to all my necessities within walking distance, I appreciate it's moderate pricing. I will definitely stay here until I buy my home.
