My trust was in need of many changes and the attorney that prepared the document originally sadly passed away last year . As a result I was forced to hire another trust professional to make the changes needed, as my old attorney was a sole practitioner. I found a guy in Santa Monica that does Estate work, and did so for a while for the IRS Estate & Gift section directly. Mouris Behboud is his name and he is in Santa Monica with a distinguished group of tax attorneys called Strategic Tax Lawyers , LLP. He revamped my trust, and took advantage of many breaks in re-preparing this and other estate docs. I am happy with the results and feel confident going back to the firm for additional work
