Walking into the new location of Denver Karate Academy is like walking into a spa! The front lobby is absolutely amazing with slate floors, granite counters, leather sofas and a water feature. The training area is matted, however it does not look like mats. The staff is great, and is very attentive to each student. They are always happy to work with each person based on their needs. The level of instruction is the best you can get. Each instructor is at least a 2nd degree black belt and the Master is a former 7 time world champion. You would think that lessons at this school would cost you a small fortune, but the price is very affordable and better than most other martial arts schools. In addition, they are a small, family owned and operated business who has been around since 1997. The new location at 7857 West Jewell Avenue in Lakewood rocks!
