I have never, ever been so disappointed in the sheer lack of good customer service anywhere...except maybe Walmart. Onpoint Credit Union does not care about new customers or servicing their existing customers.
Me and my husband have had a awful experience with them, trying to get me added to his account. The people there are not at all friendly, nor helpful. The manager had the audacity to tell me that I should come back in six months and open an account with them. If you have had problems in the past with less then perfect credit, do not go there! In fact, dont go there at all unless you want to be treated like you dont matter! Ive had a pleasant and great experience with Chase! My rep there was ten times more helpful, kind and great at making sure I was 100 percent satisfied!
