Kinko's offers a terrific variety of print-related services around the clock. However, at Provo's franchise, service and quality are degenerating.
I've brought in art sketches to copy in color several times. Each time, I am given a time estimate. I return only to be informed that "it'll take longer; we didn't call because you didn't leave a number." When the orders are "finished," only half of each is complete. Actual completion requires three trips. Here, the sketches (in bad repair), the copies, and the order form I had filled out COMPLETE WITH PHONE NUMBER are returned.
On my last visit, I waited an hour before being able to pay for something. I stood at the counter in clear view of the supervisor -- who served every customer in line behind me before disappearing.
Complaining results in rolled eyes and statements along the lines of "WhatEVER." A discount was offered once.
