Review content:
I had a very bad experience here, both with the staff providing the massage, and from the management. I had allowed the person at the front desk to select a massage therapist for me, which totally did not work out. This therapist, due to - I will just say, in my humble opinion - neglecting her personal hygiene - caused some harm to me. In addition, I had asked this massage therapist, to lighten up on the "touch," and that person did not respond to my request. Afterwards, I felt muscular pain for a period of about one week. Upon being informed of this incident, the management said that they would "investigate." Anyone with good management skills would know that a customer wants a show of concern and an offer of compensation, not an "investigation." And they would also be aware that a dissatisfied customer will very likely write a review such as this one. I had been at this spa many times before, with good result, but apparently, the management and/or its response to customers has changed. In any event, the "investigation" yielded nothing, and no show of concern or offer of compensation was made.. This establishment allowed a fairly regular customer who had spent thousands of dollars for services - that is myself - walk away with a feeling of extreme discontent and dissatisfaction. Of course, I will never go back to this spa, or attempt to have a conversation with these people again.
