Review content:
I finally came here after my best friend kept raving about her facial lady Kristin and massage therapist Roy. Lets just say it's not really all that great the only thing they had going for them was the european facial I recieved from Kristin and the excellent customer service from the front desk girls. The so called "lounge area" is a few lawn chairs put together in a busy hallway literally a foot (I seriously mean a foot) away from the extremely tiny 2 person dry sauna and a steam room that smelled like a gym locker room with the walls peeling off and getting stuck to your back as you lean back. The "women's relaxtion area" isn't so relaxing either with 1 large sofa and a couple of ugly chairs to supposedly relax in. I was referred to a man name Roy but he was unavailable so I had a lady name Linda who was really nice but by far the worst massage I have ever recieved. I asked her to work on my shoulders more b/c I'm more tense there and instead she kind of kneaded her way through my neck and shoulders which hurt even worse as she kept digging deeper and deeper with her boney fingers which caused me to be more tense throughout the whole massage rather than being relaxed. Basically if you want the best facial ever go to kristin but if you want to relax and laydown go somewhere else.
