I had the unfortunate experience of renting from Homepointe. When we moved in, we were told the house had been just taken off the market and that the owner was just renting it out. Three weeks into our lease, we had realtors coming over to show the house. And like many of the reviewers here, they also refused to fix anything and would never respond to our calls or e-mails. I have never had a company or manager flat out lie to me so many times in my life! I have no idea how they can afford to do business in this way. We eventually got a lawyer involved in order to get out of the rental agreement early. From my experience, and seeing how the property managers treated other renters from just being in the office a few times, it seems that they just bully people to get their money out of them without any respect or dignity.
Pros: No pros whatsoever
Cons: Just don't do business with them. You'll have nothing but a horrible experience!
