My attorney (Mouris) at Strategic set up my trust and estate a few weeks ago. I'm really glad, and very relieved that I did. The endeavor is something that most must do but never put on the front burner, so to speak,because it is seemingly not needed until you are much older. My attorney advised me that this is a misunderstanding and that theirare great benefits to setting up trust/estate instruments asap....even if you're young. He also had MANY useful tips that were utilized in my plan, and reduced my exposure/liability in big ways. He also handled very sensitive issues with tact, and gave great advice with many choices. This was a plus because I was nervous just sharing personal information with another. He understood and was a great "listener", a trait not found on all attorneys. I would strongly recommend Strategic Tax Lawyers(and Mouris) for setting up Estate plans, and they also settle your taxes with the same care.
