A recent service call had me motivated to share. The Pat's Plumbing service techician was extremely professional and curtious.
The estimate on the project, however reflected the service.....whow (*Not $ high, but HIGHER!)! After regaining composure , I decided not to use Pat's.
However, we were stung by a $40 service charge for the estimate/ trip fee?!!?
Our next plumbing company estimate came in at 1/3 of the cost of Pat's. We are happy with OPEN-ROOTERS pricing, service & performance!
I enjoy story's with a 'morale'; In the future I'll get three seperate esimates for plumbing projects. And, assure they come without 'trip/ estimate ($) charges!!!
