Review content:
We bought our daughter a Groupon for TruMassage Therapy for her birthday. It was supposed to be an hour-long massage. After 45 mins., she called me to say she was already done. The therapist did not say hello to us when we walked in or say anything at all until she was ready to start the massage (which also started late.) So we didn't feel that the atmosphere was friendly or inviting. We were not pleased with our experience at all and felt we were "jipped" on the time we paid for (even after an "up front" tip before services were given, which Groupon recommended.) We will not return, nor recommend TMT to anyone we know.
