Tru Massage Therapy

This was my first massage. Although I do not have anything to compare my experience to--I can say that I doubt it gets any better. Danielle has strong, smoothing hands that worked out my sore neck and lower back. Best night of sleep I had in 9 months of pregnancy. I followed through with drinking lots of water after the massage and could almost feel the toxins being flushed out of my body. Tru Massage Therapy is not one of those boutique businesses where it is all external appearance with minimal massage effort-this massage is serious. Highly recommend Tru Massage Therapy-already booked my next appointment. more

I was running late because of work and i called them to say i would be about 5 minutes late, and was told that was fine. when i arrived (around 7 minutes late) neither one of them said anything to me but "here fill this out" and i could plainly hear them complaining about only having a certain amount of time to do her hair. once done with paperwork i received a FIFTEEN MINUTE massage, and still had to pay for a half hour one. when i asked about it, one of the girls snapped at me and said it was my own fault for being late and that they had back to back appointments. there was no other people waiting for an appointment, and i had just heard them talking about doing her hair. i was extremely disappointed and i will never return. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone unless you want them ripped off. i'm truly appalled. more

My massage therapist Danielle is always sure to find out what spot(s)or area needs attention. Then she makes sure to work on that area until she has that muscle knot or tightness relaxed. Let's face it, everybody wants to get their money's worth. I wound recommend her to anyone for a relaxing massage or an area that is sore. You won't be disappointed. more

I requested an appointment online the day before I wanted to have my appointment and received a confirmation via email a few hours later. After driving the 45 minutes to their office and waiting half an hour outside because no one was there, we were finally let into the office. After another twenty minutes, the receptionist finally left the office to call the massage therapist, who didn't know she had even had an appointment! She said she could be there in twenty minutes but after waiting for so long with no apology, alternative or even discount we left and will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and do not care about customer service. more

I recently had a 1 hour sports massage and because of this was able to have soreness and tension that I felt for weeks removed. I hghly recommend this to anyone feeling sore from aches of any kind. more

We bought our daughter a Groupon for TruMassage Therapy for her birthday. It was supposed to be an hour-long massage. After 45 mins., she called me to say she was already done. The therapist did not say hello to us when we walked in or say anything at all until she was ready to start the massage (which also started late.) So we didn't feel that the atmosphere was friendly or inviting. We were not pleased with our experience at all and felt we were "jipped" on the time we paid for (even after an "up front" tip before services were given, which Groupon recommended.) We will not return, nor recommend TMT to anyone we know. more
